Registration

Although you will be asked to select your attendance type (physical/virtual) delegates are able to change this preference any time before 10 October 2022 by emailing radar@theiet.org.

Both physical and virtual delegates will be given access to all content on the virtual platform.

Please select which registration type relates to you currently to ensure we observe UK VAT guidelines.

All delegate prices are per person and subject to VAT at 20%.

Notice to authors

All students must have their applications endorsed by their Professor or Head of Department.

The author must be present at the conference to present the submission either orally or by poster presentation. Papers that are not presented will not feature on Inspec, the IET Digital Library or be indexed on IEEE Xplore.

Please include your paper reference number when registering.

Gain CPD hours

Attending Radar 2022 counts towards 21 hours of CPD, which can easily be recorded using the IET’s Career Manager tool.

Covid-19 precautions for in-person attendance

As of 1 March 2022, we no longer require delegates to show Covid passes at our events.

However, if you are feeling unwell then we encourage you not to attend in-person but, if available, we will change your registration to a virtual pass.

We advise that you continue to use the hand sanitising stations and wash your hands regularly.

IET staff will be ensuring touchpoints are cleaned frequently.

IET Travel Awards

The IET Travel Awards are for members travelling to conferences and events as part of their professional development. We can award grants of up to £1,500 for international travel and up to £600 for national travel.
